These Terms and Conditions explain the nature of Orbit of You, Orbit of You's commitment to the customer, and the terms by which the customer agrees to make use of Orbit of You's services.  

1. Acceptance
   By accessing, using, viewing, transmitting, caching or storing any of the information on www.orbitofyou.com.auor any of its services, functions or contents, the customer will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Orbit of You
   2.1 Orbit of You is a registered business with ABN 706 6282 6374, with postal address at 50 Avenue Road, Mosman, NSW, 2088.
   2.2 Orbit of You is a both a physical and online business selling Naturopathy, Nutrition and Life Coaching services and hosts events and workshops. Orbit of You also sells E-products via an online shop.
   2.3 Orbit of You is operated by Lunar Wish Pty Ltd T/A 
   2.4 Orbit of You hosts consultations, events and workshops 
3. Orbit of You Naturopathy, Nutrition services and Life Coaching
   3.1 Orbit of You naturopathy services are tailored to the clients needs and requirements
   3.2 The client is responsible for creating their own results, through completing the treatments as outlined in the naturopathic and coashing consultations
   3.3 All consultation appointments require a booking made via www.orbitofyou.com.au or by calling the clinic on 02 8065 9026.
   3.4 Should consultation times require changing, a minimum of 48-hours is required or the client forfeits a 50% cancellation fee.
4. Prices
   Orbit of You reserves the right to change prices without notice. Where applicable, prices include Goods and Services Tax (GST). All goods and services must have approved payment prior to good and services being issued.
5. Contact Details Given to Orbit of You
   It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure email addresses and other contact details are entered correctly when the customer completes the checkout process on the website. Failure to do so may result in the loss or incorrect delivery of the product/email confirmation.
6. Information on Industry Directory
   Orbit of You cannot be held liable for not providing detailed information within the Industry Directory. All information is supplied by the service and product providers themselves. Please follow the third-party links to their websites and social media platforms to find full details for their businesses.
   7.1 Orbit of You is not a provider of such services on the Industry Directory and bears no responsibility for any services provided, or failure to provide services, by the Suppliers or any third party.
   7.2 Orbit of You makes no warranty regarding the standard of any service provided to the customer by the Suppliers listed in the Industry Directory.
7. Third Party Websites
   Orbit of You is not responsible for the content of any websites that are operated by third parties the links to which appear on Orbit of You’s website. Orbit of You does not endorse any material which appears on said third party websites and following a link to third party websites is done at the customer’s own risk.
8. Indemnity
   Orbit of You has no responsibility for any losses, damages, claims or expenses (whether direct, indirect or consequential) arising from the use of or connected with Orbit of You’s website or any services purchased on The Orbit of You’s website, whether negligent or otherwise of any supplier or third party.

Orbit of You is not engaged in rendering legal, accounting, professional or other advice or services. 

9. Exclusion of Warranty 
   The customer agrees that he/she uses the website at his/her own risk. The website and any related information contents and/or materials are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. Orbit of You hereby disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and arising from statute or otherwise in law or from a course of dealing or usage of trade, other than those warranties which are incapable of exclusion, restriction or modification under the Law.
10. Service Disruption
    Orbit of You reserves the right to limit or discontinue the functionality of the website.  While Orbit of You strives to continuously be online, Orbit of You cannot exclude cases in which the website may be unavailable and in this instance Orbit of You shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the customer arising from any disruption in connectivity.
11. Responsibility

You agree that Orbit of You is not responsible for any success or failure that you or your business may experience as a result of any information presented or any products or services offered here or at a Consultation, Event or Workshop.

You freely and of your own will risk any and all capital you may choose to spend implementing concepts outlined while using this service or working with Orbit of You through consultations, at an Event or Workshop. You will do so with skill and common sense. You will not hold Orbit of You liable or accountable in any way for any failure of the service to live up to your expectations.

    14.1 We encourage you to provide links to this Website. While you may use the name "Orbit of You" in the link, you may not use Orbit of You logo without prior written approval.
    14.2 If we notify you that we object to the manner in which you provide links to this Website, you must immediately cease the existing links.

    From time to time, this Website may include links to other Websites. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information. They do not signify that we endorse the Website(s).

    Orbit of You is committed to protecting the privacy of personal information collected from customers as part of its normal business operations, and will at all times use this information only in accordance with New South Wales and Federal privacy legislation. Please see Orbit of You’s Privacy Policy for more information on the protection of customer data and privacy.

    Orbit of You reserves the right to disclose the customer’s personally identifiable information as required by law and when Orbit of You believes that disclosure is necessary to protect Orbit of You’s rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on Orbit of You website.
16. Intellectual property
    Orbit of You the name, logo and material on www.orbitofyou.com.auare the intellectual property of Orbit of You and are protected as such.  This material may not be used (except for the intended purpose), copied, reproduced, published, stored on a retrieval system, altered or transmitted in any form without the prior written consent and approval from Orbit of You.
17. Changes in terms and conditions 
    Orbit of You reserves the right to revise these terms from time to time, for example, to apply legal requirements to reflect functional changes. If the customer disagrees with the general terms the customer must discontinue use of Orbit of You’s service.
18. Advertising Accuracy
    20.1 Production descriptions posted on Orbit of You’s product pages are used as an indication of the Suppliers’ services rather than an actual representation. Orbit of You accepts no responsibility for inaccurate information supplied to it.
    20.2 The website may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors or omissions. Orbit of You is not responsible for typographical, pricing, product information or advertising.
    20.3 Advertised prices and available quantities are subject to change without notice. Orbit of You reserves the right to make changes, corrections and/or improvements to the website, and to the products and programs described in such information, at any time without notice.
19. Governing Law
    These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of the state of New South Wales, Australia.
